My fellow Scots and every patriot who has stood with us on this long road to freedom,
Today is not just another day at the ballot box. It is the day we decide whether Scotland remains a region in a failing union or rises as an independent nation, equal among the family of nations.
For too long, decisions that shape our daily lives from welfare cuts to military adventures, from energy policy to immigration have been made by Westminster governments we did not vote for. The so-called “union” has become a cage: our resources drained, our voice ignored, our democratic will repeatedly dismissed.
We have tried compromise. We have tried patience. We have tried winning referendums only to have the goalposts moved. No more.
Our case for independence is simple and unanswerable:
Democracy must be restored. Scotland’s Parliament should have full control over our economy, foreign policy, defence, and social security. No more unelected Lords. No more nuclear weapons parked on the Clyde without our consent.
Our wealth should work for us. Scotland’s land, seas, and resources – oil, gas, renewables, whisky, fishing, and food generate far more per person than the UK average. Under independence, we can invest that wealth in free childcare, a public NHS free from privatisation, and a social security system built on dignity, not sanctions.
Do not believe the fearmongering.
We are told we are “too poor,” “too small,” “too divided.” Every independent nation in Europe has heard the same lies. The truth is that nations smaller than Scotland from Denmark to New Zealand thrive with less resources and more challenges. What they have that we lack is the full power of self-government.
Why vote for our alliance?
Because we are not a single party machine. We are the united voice of trade unionists, land reformers, climate activists, community councils, and ordinary Scots who refuse to bow to a broken status quo. We have no corporate donors, no London spin doctors, no interest in half-measures. We are the only force on this ballot that puts Scottish independence first. Not as a bargaining chip, but as a foundation stone.
To those still undecided among our supporters:
Ask yourself – if not now, when? If not us, who? The unionist parties will never offer a second vote willingly. They will never “empower” Scotland. Power is not given; it is taken by ballots and by movement. Today, your ballot is our weapon.
Remember our fallen heroes who never lived to see an independent Scotland. We owe them this day. Today, we carry their hope in our hearts. Let’s finish what they started. Go out. Vote. Bring your family, your neighbours, your friends. Let them see the hope in your eyes. Let us make today the day that historians will mark as the turning point not of a campaign, but of a nation reborn.
For Scotland. For freedom. For independence.
